I've unregistered all of my skycrap, just in case the geniuses at Activision decides to do something stupid.

According to the less than helpful HELP, they will "safely" delete our info. I however don't trust them so I unregistered the toys myself.

Also get a load of this:
"6. I lost my toy code cards. How can I find out what my codes are?
Between now and April 29, 2013, you can use the collection pages in Skylanders Universe to look up your toy codes. If you have already entered a toy into your collection, just click on that Skylander to view its code. If you have not yet entered a toy, you can use your Portal of Power to add this toy to your collection. Then, click on that Skylander to view its code. This feature will no longer be available after April 29, 2013. So, it might be a good idea to write down your codes as soon as you can!"

So...if you EVER buy a raw skylander without a code and you NEED a code, they're basically saying your SOL. Go raise some heck cause that's not cool.
