Spotted this little number in TRU's ad today. Screencap is from their online version of the ad.

It's a $9.99 value...but I've never even heard of it before today. Has anyone seen it?

I've seen it! It's a set of Legendary metal pins. Never bothered buying it, though.

I have them, the TRU guy from the electronic section give it to me for free when i went there, i asked him that i thought i have to buy the Starter Pack and he said its ok that i can have them. The pins are the 5 Legendaries from Skylanders Giants and they are Bouncer, Chill, Jetvac, Ignitor and Slam Bam.

That would depend on the cashier... Usually deals/coupons like this say something like "Cannot be combined with any other offer", so people can't pile deals on top of eachother, but even knowing this, this one is fuzzy, the giveaway isn't a further discount or anything.

All you can do is try your luck. If they say no, you can try someone/somewhere else.

I saw these pins today, in a very plain silver bag.
The price scanner said they were the usual TRU-expensive at $10 each so they are marked to be sold on their own.
They don't tell you what's in the pack other than "Legendary pack," but I don't think they're blind-packaged.
