Polar Whirlwind variations? [CLOSED]

So I have 2 polar whirlwinds. Their heads are facing the same direction but ones posed upwards the other is posed downwards. Is this normal for this figure? I thought it may have been just the way the eyes are painted but that's not it. The heads are posed differenty. Just wondered if those of you that have these noticed this also????

My guess it is going to fall along the lines of it is a production error on the way the head was placed on the figure.

I got a second Cynder and noticed her wings were different, they were just bent out of shape, I bent them back. No problem. And when I got Scarlet Ninjini, one of her swords didn't have the proper bend, it was straight for the middle. Again, a little bending and it looks better.
