I really want to put the birthday hat on my molten hot dog because it looks awesome on him. Well, it looks good on hot dog that is.....all of the hats that i put on hot dog look great but for some reason on molten hot dog they are extremely oversized! The birthday is pretty much bigger than molten hot dog's head and i do not like it. (i mean like when you first put them on and the stat screen) Even the bone hat, on hot dog it goes in his mouth but on molten hot dog it is so big it just goes under his chin. Is this only for the wii version? Is this a glitch? i want to know WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THESE HATS FOR M-HOTDOG!

Some characters have to have smaller hats, and some have larger. It's programmed differently for each character.

Take the unused character Buckshot for example, hats completely engulf him, because it wasn't programmed into him.

That is interesting. A variant should have the same hat size. i wonder if other variants have that glitch.
Also, might want to rename the topic "Molten Hot Dog Hat Glitch?" or something.

I have both Hot Dogs, and I first put the Bone Hat because I heard about the special thing. Then I realized that their Armour is HORRIBLE, so I switched to the Trucker Hat, highest Armour hat. For both Bone and Trucker, they look the same on both Ketchup and Mustard (as I've named them). I'm playing on XBox. I find with the Bone, when they talk their lower jaw goes through the bone a bit (or vice versa), but just as much on either.

So i guess this would only be for the wii version then?

I wish the hats size would adjust to the character, some only seem to fit the giants to big for anyone else and others are tiny on the giants and fit most regular characters fine. Many of the hats seem to cover drobots eyes no mater how well the fit others.

Yeah, I guess this is a bug in the Wii version. That sucks.
