I went to a topic on the first page of this section, and I saw a fodder post.
I checked the help files, and a fodder is a guest to the site.
So, can guests post?!

Years ago when traffic on the site was minimal and the number of users was in the hundreds. As the forum expanded, dark required people to create accounts to post. I recall Fodders making some bad posts, like asking for ROMs (which is illegal). <.<

I remember the day Dark made that decision. I think the final straw was an anonymous guest posting very inappropriate pictures on the DOTD comment page and the movie page, though I guess there was probably other things. He said it was temporary, but I guess he decided to make it permanent.
