This is speculative, but it makes sense. The sales on the "Lightcore" figurines have really sucked, in general, since the initial release of Giants during last autumn.
Most retailers are still sitting on stockpiles of Lightcore Drobots and Lightcore Eruptors and Lightcore Prism Breaks that seemingly no one really wants to buy.
So .... I doubt stores are going to be chomping at the bit to order-in even more Lightcore figurines. Until a big chunk of the current stagnant inventory of Lightcore Drobot/Eruptor/Prism Break gets moved, I think we'll be waiting quite a while to see Lightcore Chill and Hex commonly on the shelves in retail stores.

But yes, to answer your question in the title of the OP, Lightcore Chill does exist. And you can blame weak sales volume on the aforementioned Lightcore figures for why she isn't on shelves yet.

Has Activision released sales figures to corroborate what we think is going on? Hehe...I guess that's why you called it speculative.

The only LightCore I don't really see very much is Prism Break.

I blame Activision for poor sales for failing time after time to make a decent Lightcore effect, LOL! Hot Head not having his hands light up, Drobot only having a spot on his back, Legendary Chill (not sure about regular Chill) having only the bottom of her staff light up, looking like the light is only bleeding up through the base, Swarm only having one hand light up... People don't like being disappointed time after time, and eventually get familiar with what to expect before they buy.

I'm considering getting her Legendary form (and keeping boxed and selling it in a few years' time), but otherwise don't think I'll get any more LCs. I got Prism Break when the game first came out, so I didn't know then. I hope Activision's learned its lesson and at least puts some sort of bonus (non-Flash Bomb) power in the SF LCs.

I don't think any of these exist in America, or will exist. I can't believe it's been around 1 month since anything new came out. Still no signs of Triple Pack 7 or LC Chill and Pop Fizz.

The wait is getting so boring, I haven't even thought to care about checking for Skylanders. I just chill at home or do other things. It's almost as if I forget Skylanders exist at times.

Well, it appears they are shipping out to the same places the first of W4 was. We in the US should see them soon.

Actually, if you're bored, let's discuss the legality of their actions in getting rid of Skylander organization apps. My wife is in legal training now and I'm finding it fascinating.

What apps did they get rid of? All I know, is they closed down Skylanders Universe, or are going to, which is whack in my opinion.

Hopefully we'll get some news or sightings or something soon. I agree, it's been very boring on the Skylanders front. The McDonalds toys are alright, but I haven't even bothered to hardcore hunt them all down yet.

If I was a betting man, I'd bet that at some point Activision decided to scale down production in order to compete with Disney Infinity (which was supposed to originally release sometime around this time, right?) Then, when Disney decided to push it to August, they were left with their foot in their mouth, which is why we're not seeing anything pretty much at ALL right now. Not even a rouge character appearance or anything. (You know..here in the US I mean) That's how I see it anyways.

As for the iOS things being pulled, Nintendo did a similar thing right before they released the 3D Pokedex app for the 3DS. I wonder if perhaps Activision plans to release a collection app at some point in the near future. (which would probably be the easiest buck they could make; people have been clamoring for one and they could load it with all kinds of images and stuff)
