What do this phrase mean in the game?

It is after the Eternal Night, so it is like the dawn. Also, I believe the dragons are making a comeback in this game, since the DM will be defeated, and the dragons can finally rebuild and repopulate.

Can't it mean the final battle of the dragons?

I can't believe the guy in the comic-con video said "The new Spyro game Dawn of Dragon". How can he possibly forget to say "the". xD

The Eternal Night - The Night?
Dawn Of The Dragon - The dawn?

spyro_madgirl's definition is alright I guess. But I think Night Owls' makes a little more sense.

Of course, no problem. I like yours because you're pointing out stuff that isn't obvious. A New Beginning, the start of a great darkness. The Eternal Night, the darkness is happening, and Dawn of the Dragon, the time when the darkness is slowly setting and the light is coming.

I think I've seen the title having something to do with this:
"The Darkest hour is right before the Dawn"
