I found some sort of syntax error, called a parse error (Whatever that is) when I was trying to create a new topic on spam central

It looked like this:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in /home/darkspyr/public_html/forum/posttopic.php on line 125

I tried to make a new topic about this on here but the same thing came up again.
