No. Graphics and programming both need data space on the disc, and since the Blu-Ray disc holds something like six to ten times as much data as a DVD (depends on if the Blu-Ray disc has two layers of data), they may not have too much space for graphics as opposed to the PS3, which can have games that are both BIG and look good.

The PS3 has high capacity, but at a high price.

The XBox 360 can hold a few GBs (4-9) but it's cheap.

In any way, it's better than PS2.
