I am not really thrilled with bouncer as a giant. His guns have been done better by other characters. The rockets are so-so with the lobs, but you can just fire and forget and that's kinda nice. And I really just do not like the eye beams. He is already really slow and they don't add anything to combat to make him worth going even slower. But there is one thing I tend to forgive a mediocre skylander for and that is when they have something unique to bring to the table, and for Bouncer that would be the laser mines (in theory). Can someone tell me how they are used. and otherwise weigh in on how you feel about bouncer in general.

Bouncer slow? you do realize he is the fastest character in the game, right?

stealth elf is the FASTEST

he's probably the fastest giant walking[well on his wheel] without some kind of dash or an upgrade that makes him go faster.

Correction to both of you.He is the fastest giant on land.Swarm would be the fastest giant when he flys.
But I have to say his laser mines are awesome.They are great for taking if bigger enimies if you don't want to get close.Also fun fact you can push the mines where ever you want.

Lol my Bouncers speed is around 100 now (+head)

Guys... dont be blinded by the stats. The ONLY aspect of speed that matters in this game is how fast a character can cover terrain. STAT wise Bouncer has a much higher speed stat than Crusher, and Bash whom have MUCH lower speed stats


In a level, or even in PVP (which I don't care for) bouncer could NEVER keep up with Crusher or Bash because both of those characters HAVE a controllable movement based attack.


if you want to test this sometime go to ANY level that has a decent swath of land put bouncer in, and Crusher or Bash in (co-op) and see how fast the rocks or rolling ball get to the max distance and are tethered back to bouncer who (though with a high stat) is just rolling along.


I've seen me do it.

the way I see it is the Speed stat is the same as the numbers on odometoer, just because some cars have higher numbers doesn't mean it's actually going to get me there faster.

The numbers mean nothing, its the implantation that gets you from point a to b that is the only difference that has an affect on gameplay

Yeah, Bouncer is definitely on the slow side. For a Giant he's not bad, but he's missing some dash upgrade.

And why not pick on his speed? Him being slow is a problem, we're allowed to have a problem with it, LOL!

I got him when I got Giants late October, I forgot completely about the mines, must be on the path I didn't pick in October.
