Jade Flashwing availability in Canada [CLOSED]

I confirmed that Canadian portal masters will be able to buy Jade Flashwing at the new Target stores in Canada by March 31st.
The first wave of stores is starting to open now. If you don't live near one of the stores opening in the Spring (mostly in Ontario, British Columbia and Manitoba to start) you should be able to buy her at the Canadian Target website www.target.ca in late March.
