Skylanders: Giants glitch [CLOSED]

I was playing Skylanders: Giants on chapter 9, Kaos' Castle. I tried to get 3 stars, but I can only find 3 treasure chests. I checked in every place the treasure chests are (according to YouTube and the walkthrough) and I couldn't find the last one. Does anyone know what might have happened or how to fix it?

This is my first forum post so please tell me if I have done anything wrong.

This belongs in the skylanders giants bit below but it's ok. Does it continue to do so everytime?
