Mainly because his regular figure has been out since October, what do you think?

It shouldn't be. I assume that a lot of people also had Jet Vac when LC Jet came out.

Regardless, there should be plenty after the first shipment. Like right now there's plenty of LC Jet Vac where when he first came out he was pretty sparse.

I trust that if they put out more than one of him per case that he'll be easy enough to find. It's a tough wait, though, because I can't afford to buy every version of the figures, and I really want Pop Fizz - and the Lightcore one will definitely be cool!

Starting with SSF, tough decisions will be coming. I think I'll be happy with 16 swap force and 16 newlanders...reposed be damned. You should see the monstrosity of a collection two simple games is having when they are all piled on...for about a 10 hour experience between the two games.

RIP GhostRoaster. He's reanimated as TakeYourLemons but occasionally is resurrected from the beyond when needed.

This depends for me. I will probably buy all of them. It sounds like they are maybe doing less reposes this time.

10 hours?! I've spent more than that on just the first game, and I don't even have any of the Adventure Packs. I do like doing all of the challenges I have access to with each character, as well as discovering all of each level's treasures, which can mean a few replays.

That is one of the great discussions we had when Giants first came out. To some people it was way too short. I however, have enjoyed doing heroic challenges with each guy!

Not counting those---just main game story play. If you weren't grinding on the thousands of inventory of skylanders it would be about 10 hours between the two games.

I don't disagree...but that to me is "busy work". I would like a 15-20 hour adventure one day, and one that adds additional content over time. It's a buzz kill to see my son see these new skylanders just to replay levels---no sense of adventure as the actual game is beat with only wave 1 / wave 2 characters.

I'll need to sell my SG figures after I play the last few. The OCD is just too much with Disney Infinity. smilie
Still looking forward to Series 2 Drobot though. I will continue to hunt down all of mah Tech Toys like a maniac.

^This. And come on, 100%ing the game is far longer than 15-ish hours. If you want some more value, go complete the Luck-o-Tron, hat collection, Legendary Treasures, and other collectibles. After that, do a few Heroics and see if they're your thing. I ended up doing them for every character we own, and it prolonged the game well past Christmas. ... Granted, I did get the Wii U version for those ends and, as such, did most of those Heroics on the GamePad. I can't imagine having done all of those if I wasn't also watching TV or Vhraina playing another game in the background.

I wouldn't have felt so compelled to keep playing this, but our toddler loves sitting in my lap and playing the GamePad with me. It's one of the few things he'll sit still for at this very energetic age, and we've played it for probably a hundred plus hours at this point, consistently, since launch.

So, there's no way to objectively state this game isn't a long-term value. Your mileage may vary. Our mileage is still going as long as our son keeps grabbing the GamePad, tossing it into my lap, and holding me hostage with it. Hah.
