Paint Tool SAI, GIMP, or maybe Photoshop.

I can't colors on GIMP XP. I use it to do effects. I could use DA muro.

You can make some amazing things in MSPaint and dA muro, don't diss them.

Anyway, quiny, why can't you color on GIMP?

Not true about DA muro. You only get a trial on SAI then you have to pay for it *unlessyoudownloadanillegalcopy* and Photoshop you have to pay for as well.
