I am guessing they were sold out. Mine was the last one on the shelf hidden behind countless glow in the dark sonic booms. sometimes you just have to dig.
P.S i am officially getting my molten hot dog for my birthday, so I know close to nothing about the character.

From everything I've read, Molten Hot Dog is only in AMERICAN Wal-Marts at the moment. I suspect Canadian Wal-Marts will get them soon, I suspect he'll continue to be exclusive to WM, lucky we have them.

There's a Skylanders In Canada forum, both here and in Toys And Merchandise. Great for news on what's available in Canada (mostly the Toys And Merch one, it got great attention before they moved it to Death Row). If you find the one here, someone posted a link to the other.

well i found like 1 Molten hotdog at my walmart... and it says right there on the box exclusively for walmart. But honestly, I don't care as much about molten Hotdog. I was hoping they'd randomly have a ninjini. (I saw them on the Walmart.com but they said they were sold out.)

It does matter. I wanted to get M. Hot Dog. Let's say he was really a Target exclusive, I would've missed out on getting him because I kept going to the wrong store.(I still don't have him.)

Molten Hot Dog has been a pain in the neck to find. I had to got to 4 different walmarts in my area before I was actually able to find one, and it was buried under a bunch of other characters. And they only had two in stock. Just keep looking, and you'll come across it in time.

I also have a suggestion if you need help.Go to the all we know about giants topic which is stickyed so i is not hard to find.Or go to the packs section in the giants forum and there will be a list of skylanders there from wave 1 to the latest wave and it says what store exclusive they are.Just please keep this in mind.
