Its there a certain order of things you should hit?

Pretty much, yes.
I can just about complete the flight/speedways, I'm probably not the best person to get advice from.
Why don't you look at dark52's guide? Might be some hints there.

I usually do the chests first. Then move on to the trains (facing the trains not chasing). Third thing you should do is to take arcs and the final thing to collect is the airplanes.

I always do chests first. Others are in randome order But often I do trains later

I do chests, then arches, then planes and then trains last. Works every time.

I go for the chests, arches, two of the planes going towards me, then I go back on myself and take a train out, then I tend to take the rest of the planes, and go for the trains (but going towards them) It doesn't feel the quickest, but that's how I do it.

I've generally always started with the chests, made a run at the trains, done the arches, and lastly taken out the planes... and I only fail if I crash. =_="

^This is the best way. Now... What's the best way to do Crystal Flight? That one's a pain. :/

Chests > Arches > Planes > Trains.

That's the order I have always taken. I generally find this to be an easy route, though there's probably a quicker.

In my first go I got Arches, Planes, Trains THEN chests. Won it.

My order: Chests, Arcs, Airplanes and Trains :3
