Does the Scorpion Striker open two PVP areas? [CLOSED]

Well I just noticed it but I now have to new level because of the scorpion striker.Is this meant to happen?

Yes! It gives you the "Cliff Dive Crags" arena and the "Metal Hive" arena. Very cool places!
