Hey guys, only started collecting Skylanders in the new year and I have only been getting those I really want/like.

However, I have hit a brick wall. Zook. Not sure if I like/want him. So my question is, is Zook any good? Is he worth getting? How fun is he to play as?

The only other 2 life Skylanders I have are Tree Rex and Stump Smash.

He is fun, powerful, and a great skylander. Get him.

Zook is pretty cool, but you'll probably find another Skylander of that element that you'll like a lot more. (namely, Stealth Elf or Shroomboom) He's good at taking hits though, and using him to hit enemies that are farther away or ones you haven't snuck up on yet is pretty fun.

I'd say your best bet is to get the triple pack with him in there, so you also get some other Skylanders.

If I'm not mistaken, Zook in particular is special because he has a different Heroic Challenge than he did in the first game. Something is different at least but I'm sure another member could be more helpful about that.

Personally of the Life Skylanders, I quite like Camo, but Zook's got crazy good long range, and he's readily available in Series 1 AND Series 2 (at least over in my part of the world).

Zook is one of my most recent additions, and I find him great! Love his bazooka, good range. He also has a rastafarian kind of voice, so he's fun to imitate and say his phrases along with him, LOL! I also enjoy his mortar-style attack. I say get him, but a lot of these guys boil down to personal preference and style. Just because I like him and I can adapt my playing style to him doesn't mean everybody else will. There's a lot to like, though.

zook is awesome,hs's only $9 bucks Im sure you have spent more on lunch only to poop it out later. Pick him up!

Floarl defender is probily 1 of those top teir charicter paths and zook has it

I myself really want to find a single pack of him as I do have the other characters(Chill and S2 Ignitor). Right now, it looks like they are non-existant. I did find a good price for a used Zook, so I should be fine, but strange why you don't see his single packs.

Well that is a limiting factor, I am not bothered by Chill and Ignitor, so would only want Zook, gunna have to look on ebay.

Found S2 Zook at K-mart, love the little guy. He quickly became on of my favorite life skylanders....looks awesome with the army helmet.

He's great long range with direct fire and lobbing pineapples over objects.

Zook is second to stealth elf in my opinion for life elemental characters, hes pretty strong.
