Blizzard was merged into Activision in...2008 I think when they absorbed a few smaller companies. So, the official name of the company is "Activision Blizard" although most everyone just calls them Activision.

That "figure" is actually just a model that the designer of Jet Vac posted on....his blog or something a while back.

It popped up a while back on toy wiz or something but it's not a variant. Just a misinterpreted figure image.

Yeah, this is what a user posted (to that SpyroWikia website) which happened to flag those keywords together:
"Seahawks Jet-Vac? The NFL season has already started, so I thought an idea for a NFL team to give out a limited edition Skylander to it's fans, so I chose Jet-Vac and the Seattle Seahawks to make..., Seattle Seahawks Jet-Vac!"

It was only the idea of an NFL fan, nothing that was ever produced or given out (although the Eagles could make an argument for him too, lol)... it's a fun idea, I've personally custom painted a Spyro & Cynder pair in Green & Gold as my "Green Bay Packers" dragons, lol!!
