Skylanders castle display case question [CLOSED]

It says it comes with Wham Shell. So my question is, is the figure loose or is it still in packaging?

still in packaging. I bought this for my nephew. Wham Shell is in his full retail packaging placed inside the Castle case

The only difference is there is no bar code on the bottom of the wham shell packaging.
