The skull part of the base? Yeah, all the Undead's bases do. I came across a blog called something like One Of Swords, and one blog post listed a bunch of hidden secrets about SSA, this was one of them. He also mentioned that Stealth Elf's knives and eyes also GITD, and I've confirmed both these things personally (well, for Series 1 Stealth Elf, haven't seen S2, I'm guessing she does too)
