What are the best stores to find snow flocked stump smash? [CLOSED]

What are the best stores to find him in. GameStop, Walmart, etc. I know they are extremely hard to find but where have most of the sightings been?

To be honest. None. I highly doubt they are still being made. I found mine at Target though.

Why so specific?

eBay is your best bet. I grabbed one, for $90.
If you look into the package, you can see all the excess flocking material on the inside of the box.. smilie

This is the only one I ever heard of going for less than about $110 + shipping on eBay and I have been watching since they started coming out. I have found Stump to be the cheapest and LC Prism to be the most expensive...Eruptor in the middle.

I don't have any rare variants because I'm just not going to feed any scalpers...
But I have looked at Walmart and target and not found anything....

I found a clear Cynder at Walmart and a GITD Zap at Hasting's. That's the only 2 I've found.
