Anyone know how and where to find this skystone?

I don't even know what you're on about, is this something to do with Skylanders?

I believe Gurglefin in the Secret Cave.

I don't know why anyone cares about specific Skystones, except for Conquertron, Axecutioner and the highest level Chompy-Bot. These three are unbeatable, and Conquertron beats everybody. Anything else, just use the best ones you have. What does it matter if you have anybody else, you'll generally only use the default 5, which default to your best 5 stones. I only change for Quigley - on Rumbletown, because he only uses Axecutioners and I need something with 4 points to beat them - and that bot on Autogyro Adventure - because of all the element-specific squares, I need to match some of them to get the majority of spots, and my best stones are never One Element stones.

My technique - used twice, once on my original playthrough and once on Nightmare - is to play everybody over and over until they start giving money instead of Skystones. This is hardest at the Carnival level, where you "learn" Skystones in the first place, because you generally can only play people once, and can only replay them when you replay the entire level.

FYI: Tequiza is right, you get D.Riveter 3 from Gurglefin. He's in the Secret Cave, located under a waterfall in the Water Gate in Chapter 8: Troll Home Security. During a block pushing/lightbeam puzzle you have to push a block to the base of the waterfall, then drop down on it to enter the cave.

because some people (like my wife) want to collect everything possible

Well as I said, I just went and GOT everything. I had no idea which stones I was missing before getting them... I can understand wanting to get ALL, I do too... It's the asking by name that perplexes me, really.

Just play everybody until they've given everything and you'll have everything.

Maybe they don't feel like going through every level again just to get a single skystone.

True enough... I guess they actually took the time to compare the list of Skystones online with the ones they have and found it missing. It still feels really strange, LOL!

And hey, _I_ redid every level, I wasn't so vigilant the first time around! (Partly because I did a bunch playing with someone else who was always pushing to go farther).
