MediEvil (the original) - The characters, Gothic atmosphere, amazing soundtrack, large attention to detail, and overall narrative were a work of art by PS1 standards and still hold up well even today.

Ohh HOLY ****, THIS!!! Also, the game is so freaking difficult and it's a great challenge to finish it with a 100% (getting every single Chalice)
