I think this is how it goes.

Monday, TRU employees should be getting these on Monday and posting pics on CAG.

California sightings should be no later than wedensday.

HTA should come Thursday night.

I also spoke to an employee at TRU in Ontario and he also confirmed that Monday they will be receiving a huge shipment of skylanders (wave 4) and they won’t be able to put them on the floor until Thursday or Friday morning

One reason I don't believe we'll get Ninjini this wave is the press release for the free Ninjini. They did say "MONTHS BEFORE ANYONE ELSE HERPDERPHURP C:" So why would they just release it weeks after .-.

Honestly, I'm of the mind that they don't really have releases on a schedule for the most part, exclusives being the obvious exception. They just ship what they have in the warehouses, and the suddenness of Wave 4 probably just means that they ran out of Wave 3 stock in their distribution centers and are now shipping what they've got. They have orders to fill, and stock actually has been a bit problematic lately, so I suspect they're doing it to meet the expectations of retailers that have already bought and paid for cases of figures sight unseen.

Press releases are often written by people who have no clue what they're talking about. I've written press releases myself as a freelancer, and oftentimes all the information I'm given can fit handily on a 3.5" card. Anything more than a scant couple of sentence fragments is largely the result of the writer's artistic license and not some intricate master plan.

The other thing that no one has mentioned is that wave 3 set a precedent. The single figure boxes and lightcore boxes were on the market way before Giant, triple pack and battle packs. We know that Legenday Chill and the single cases are imminent. There is really nothing to prove that the giant or LC boxes will be out before March or possibly even later.
