I am still wanting to get Dark Spyro. I do not have a 3DS and was wondering if it can be found for less.

The game is cool too,also the little portal is cute and you could daisy chain it for magic items while playing giants.

I actually lucked up and was able to get two complete 3DS starter packs off eBay for $13 a piece. One was new and the other was used.

Otherwise, eBay is your best bet. I've seen some lows at like $20, but the majority are around $35. So buying the whole starter isn't that bad.

I remember once I managed to get dk spyro for about $16 because of shipping. Was a good price compared to 30 or 40.

I paid $15 for Dark Spyro.
So if you just want that figure then no, you can find better prices.

I got mine for $10 at a local used game store.

Anyways, if you'd like another Ignitor and Stealth Elf, as well as a spare Mini portal that works with non-Xbox versions of SSA and Giants, then I'd say that's a fair price. You'd be paying $10 for the portal, and $10 for each figure.
