Glue it back on, or Activision has a warranty program as long as you have the model number.

Yes, if they are manufactured properly. My S2 Gil Grunt base came off just by taking it out of the package. Btw, the RFID chip lives here, so if you lose that you're toasty.

I'd suggest a glue-on, or open an incident with Activision. I got a replacement Gil Grunt for my trouble.
