They probably didn't sell enough to give all of them away so they are extending the promotion.

Some stores didn't sell out of them before it was initially slated to end, so they extended it. All the stores in my area were out before the first ending date.

Does anyone know. Does GameStop let you choose the sidekick you get with the purchase? Or do they just give you a random one? This would be a great way to finish the sidekicks collection if you could choose.

They let you choose. However, the bad new is that I called all of the gamestops in my area, and they said that they have no more sidekicks and that activision isn't sending them out anymore. This means that whatever your local gamestop has left (if any) from the initial shipments is it, and they won't be getting anymore. I guess I wont be getting Terra Bite then...

Right now is a great time to check Ebay. I know that sometimes buying from their is not ideal but right now is the best time to do so. If you scour enough you can buy it for under 20 bucks. Which is less that you would pay for him at Gamestop really.

Gil runt was the last one i needed so I picked up another copy of giants this time for the 360.
