yours is more aesthetically displayed than GameMaster69's add the fact that you have the prototypes and unpainted figures ... i'd give your collection the win for quality over quantity

Doesn't matter if you're me or not, Lagenfeld, it's an awesome collection.

I like the shelves you bought to display those on. Where did you find those shelves at? Looks like they would be good for DVD's, books, and games, too.

langenfeld which ones are you missing?

I am missing a sealed Giants Sonic Boom (go figure). Other than that I think just 2 glitter variants and all 3 flocked.

Thanks for the comments guys. Gamemaster, you are the one that made me step up my game to 2 of each, well, you and Kroger! Previously I had only a playable one.

I absolutely LOVE this collection. I tell ya, if it weren't for all the variant values, I'd go for a complete collection. Might I suggest selling the triple pack with Gold Drill and picking up a single pack? I have the same shelves for games, which I bought at Walmart.

Oh...the shelves. They came from a website called storeyourmedia.com years ago. I used to collect sealed 8-bit NES games and they were perfect. Not to shabby for Skylander collecting either.

How much are they, Zook? If I have to clear out my game room, I could use some of those in order to build up my shrine a little differently until I get another room to call my own, in a bigger house.

That swap will eventually happen for sure. I had about 5 or so 3 pack variants and decided to sell them off to finish up the rest of the collection. These actually took up 3 shelves before some adjustments/selling.

They were $19.99, but I don't remember if I got them on sale or not. I don't think I did.

Wrecking Ball...like $60?
Prism Break...like $125$

I got a good deal on several that glumby01 hadn't listed after it was all said and done. I think he felt sorry for me after dropping close to a grand, lol.

These shelves are a lot bigger and quite a bit nicer that the Wal-Mart ones (I have Wal-Mart ones as well). I believe these are the newer version..

I just decided not to pick up a regular battleground...maybe I should.

I forgot about Wrecking Ball!!! Man. I have bought 2. Both came in smashed and got returned. Crap. There goes another $100!

I think I made you $240 or so buck on that Ninjini Matteomax! I bid that sucker up like a champ at the end. Somebody really wanted it!

you need to get the regular battleground

i feel you on the "arrived damaged" that's another reason i'm pleased that i don't keep mine in the packaging. always fun when simpletons think a bubble mailer is "well packed".

it looks like you were the one that outbid me for the unpainted zook and he was the only unpainted one i was interested in smilie

Somebody listed a loose Stone Zook so I bought it for $50. Not sure if that was a good deal since it's open, but hey, a variant is a variant. Now at least I can use him instead of just keeping him sealed.

@langenfeld: Well... it's about time you made an appearance! smilie

Glad to see you on here! Looks like you've been busy amassing your collection!? Especially glad to finally see you post some pics of your protos. Would love to see you post them in the prototype thread also.

If you find the time, would also love to know which ones are the "gems of your collection?" //forum.darkspyro.net/spyro/viewposts.php?topic=71965

Looks like your ready to add the 2011 E3's now!?! Believe me, they're tough to track down anymore...

Thanks for sharing!

Honestly, I don't have them all out on display. Some are boxed up. Some are displayed on a wall like GM's. Some are on a small shelf. The truth is I have to spend some serious time organizing all of them to present them like others have done. And... I'm just NOT that motivated to do it at the moment. If and when I organize everything, then I'll show ya'll what I got. Until then, everyone can admire this and GM's collection!

Would love to see your collection, however, MrskylanderT.
