Today I'm going to buy the Starter Pack for Wii and one Skylander, which should I choose, Pop Fizz or Fright Rider?

I'd like to say Fright Rider as he is great, but I'll say Pop Fizz as you get a Undead character in the starter pack.

Pop Fizz for sure. Fright Rider is actually pretty weak.

Pop Fizz definitely! He's so fun, fright rider is Kool too, but I find pop fizz funner and stronger on his beast path

What? He's amazing on his Joust Jockey path and very strong (but not overpowered), Pop Fizz isn't any stronger. If anything, he's weaker.

Overall I'd say Fright Rider since I like him better. Pop Fizz is good too but WAY too overrated.

Fright Rider is MUCH rarer than Pop Fizz (This is US, BTW).

Fright Rider is my favorite of the two and I really like his attacks over Pop Fizz. BUT, get them both and you won't have to choose!

I don't have either of them myself... I'm kinda on the fence myself. Pop Fizz seems cooler with his whole Jekyl & Hyde thing, but Fright Rider seems to be more rare, meaning if you can get him, snag him up!

THIS would be why I ended up buying Crusher AND Hot Head AND Thumpback AND Eye-Brawl all at the same time, LOL! Hadn't intended on spending quite that much in one day. But unfortunately I'm a big believer in the concept of "Why choose? Choose both!"

If you see a Fright Rider, get him. I'm noticing he's getting kinda scarce at least in the US. They are probably waiting for re-shipments to restock. Both have plusses and minuses that will have you shouting in glee or agony--which is kinda the point of these characters, right?

I was kinda hoping they would put Fright Rider in a Triple Pack. There's still two waves left, so anything could happen. Personally, I would go with Pop Fizz based only on Elemental selection, and because Bobcat Goldthwait plays the voice.

Fright Rider, On the Joust Path he's a beast. He's my current favorite undead Skylander.

Popfizz he is so much fun.

Fright Rider is ridiculously fast and very strong when you upgrade his Joust Jockey path. I bought a Pop Fizz before I bought Fright Rider and my Fright Rider is maxed before Pop Fizz. I choose Pop Fizz's Beast path and it's very hard to do damage and not get hit at the same time.

fright rider was my fave for looks. But I hardly use him. His defence is weak. Pop fizz for sure.

I beat Poop Fizz with Shroomboom, Drobot, Voodood, Jet-Vac (barely), Stump Smash, Wham-Shell, Chill, and I could go on and on.

His defense and speed are horrible.

i love fright rider, but i am a bit biased toward undead >.>

I say Fright Rider. He is great on the joust path. Takes a lot of health off the enemies and makes him fast.

pop fizz I mean frights good but my only problem with him is a few enemies (big arkyeans) are his weakness

Voodood is not overpowered, he's better than Double Trouble (his health and speed are very low, I find him a bit weaker than how people say) but his Axe is too clunky. He would be OP if it weren't for the slow strikes.

And Pop Fizz's weaknesses are Arkeyan Juggernauts, BROCK!!!!, Jawbreakers, Trog Wanderers, etc.. He is very slow and short-ranged in his attacks, plus you have to try and focus on strategizing his attacks because he has so many of them.

Go with fright rider, hes harder to find. took me forever to locate one. Pop fizz seems easier to find and comes also in a 3 pack too,

Voodood's zipline axe requires time to master it, but on marauder, it makes him very versatile and fast if you use it right, but a 36 damage zipline axe to bring you in, then use Combo A, that's about a 200 damage in a few seconds, double trouble requires almost no skill to use, I find him very OP in pvp

^ Voodood is a boss, love him. with the increased speed zipline axe hes pretty unstoppable.

The problem with is that he has pathetically low HP and is very slow, his damage is insanely high but he still has a quite a number of flaws.

1. Once again, some of the lowest health in the game. Also has average armor.

2.Double Trouble is slow, and most of his attacks are short-to medium ranged, he's as slow as Stump Smash. It's kinda a hassle trying to chase your opponent.

3. Exploding Doubles can be destroyed within one hit, they're like sonic boom's babies so they're useless.

He's sooo slow it annoys me, I love his attack style though, continuous damage attacks is my fav battle style

What annoys me most about him is his pathetic HP, even though he's OP he dies too quickly in combat.

He's kinda like Hot Dog, a glass cannon. He's powerful but terribly easy to beat.

What path for hot dog is better for pvp? I think it's burning bow wow

Neither path is phenomenal, but it's Burning Bow Wow! for PvP. Even with the Blazing Wildfire, the Fiewall is still too slow to catch your opponent and you can still get hurt when behind the wall. Yes I'm well aware of the Fiery Dogs that spit fireballs, but they only spit them when you spit, you can't just keep spamming the wall and have them shoot fire sadly.

Burning Bow Wow! would easily be in A tier, but Hot Dog is like a glass cannon because of his Below-Average HP and extremely low armor (he and Gill Grunt both have the lowest armor in the game). He is powerful but terribly easy to defeat.

The enhanced firewall does work well for rushing melee characters, but yeah, Burning bow wow ftw.
