Hi! Ever since skylanders giants came out, i was excited about hotdog and polar whirlwind, after countless weeks of searching for them, but coming up empty handed, i started to give up, and now with the new skylanders game announced, will they ever release hotdog and polar whirlwind? Also looking for series 2 spyro. Would they not release characters if they run out if time? I know skylanders swap force is due in the fall, and i am kind of tired of waiting for skylanders if they will never get released, also since polar whirlwind is a variant, will she be considered rare? Is she going to be one if those skylanders that go for 200$ on eBay? Thanks in advance!

Molten Hot Dog will be launching soon..probably next few weeks. Since it's at Walmart, we can assume that he'll be relatively common to find after a while.

No word on Polar Whirlwind yet, but I'd imagine they'll do a launch for her sometime in the summer now. (For a "Christmas in July" promo). At least, that's how I see it.

S2 Spyro, Ninjini and the rest should all be out in March (for Wave 4) or sometime after that (for another Wave if they drag it out). You won't have to worry about them not releasing something though since we'll have that entire summer for them to release anything that's left over if it doesn't launch before then.

Hot Dog has been out for quite some time now. As for Polar Whirlwind, she should be coming fairly soon.

Scorpion Striker battle pack contains Zap and Hot Dog. It has been an exclusive at Gamestop for the last month. This should be expiring soon and the battlepack should be being seen at other retailers shortly. At this point in time there is no Hot Dog single and this is the only way to get that figure.
