No Blood in DotD! [CLOSED]

Yep, there will be no blood in DotD! This is what Chris Wilson said on Sierra forums:

Hi Everyone,

Sorry that Mike and I haven't had a chance to answer any questions recently. We've been very busy working with the team to wrap up DotD. I just wanted to quickly take a moment to confirm that there will be NO BLOOD in the new title. What you saw in the gameplay footage was a work in progress effect for when enemies are defeated. The red effect that everyone has seen has been changed so there should not be any confusion in the final release. I hope that clears up this debate.

On a side note, the game is coming together really nicely and I really hope that you all enjoy this final chapter.

Yes thank u Aura! I really appreciate it. I had a feeling there would be no blood, ppl were saying the game would be rated T or M! I didn't believe that one bit i think it's going to be E10.

I knew Chris was going to rise and stop the silly countless arguments of there being blood in DotD.

I guess I should be thankful because my siblings don't really like seeing blood!smilie (well,my brother can take some blood...) My sister wouldn't like the game if there was blood.

Spyro games will always be kids games, probably to keep the franchise going. If there was blood in DotD, then it would ruin the Spyro series a little and kids will probably won't play because of the blood.

well since it was once a kids game they probaly think that if they keep blood that the kids will not want to play it so they will lose all there costermers.
so what they are just realizing that there old viewers are growing up so i think they are trying to slowly make spyro games older untill they see a difference in the number of people how get the game the more people t rated game with blood, viloance and all, but if people stop buying back to the kids games with spyro.

i know this is a shocker but
