How do I post pictures currently saved on my PC? I don't know how cause I usually use URL's. Other wise what do I do?

How do you put images other than smilie and smilie? I mean like Skylander faces and the darkSpyro image?


P.S I have Red Sparx so you can't blame me for not knowing.
