right i am not trying to diss hunter or anything cause i like hunter he is funny and all but i don't get the bit in this game when they talk about hunter loseing his running shoes it just isn't right don't you think ?

It's the joke. smilie Hunter's a cheetah, and the joke is that he can't run without his running shoes even though he's the fastest animal on land. That's what I think, anyway. smilie

they wear making a refrence that he lost his running shoes so then why trust him with all those talismens if he would jsut lose them as well

yeah but not long after that bit they have hunter teaching spyro how to jump and glide and when spyro finnishes hunter gives hi m an orb and says i would challenge you to a race but i forgot my running shoes so i cant!

but he can do a race with running shoes cause he is the fastest animal in the worls and why would he even have running shoes in the first place!

Hunter may have lost his running shoes, but he can still fly in this game. (Remember in Ocean Speedway?)

I totally agree, Hunter losing his running shoes!!!? If he were that keen on athletics he wouldn't lose them, nor should he need them, he's a cheetah. Though it is a bit funny.

When I was younger I never used to reason with things, so I never knew that it was a joke. I thought that later on you had to go find his running shoes. Never mind. But it is quite crazy if you think about it.
