Take any two skylanders and fuse them together(say which ones you are using).
Give them a single Element(doesn't have to be either of the two you used).
New powers (based on the two you used, third attack can be completely new though)
Describe its basic look.
Give it a name and a catchphrase(doesn't have to be anything to do with the two used).

I'll start it off with an quick and simple one :-
Fright Rider and Flameslinger
Name - Tarius
Catchphrase - Raising the Hoof
Element - Earth
Basic Look - Centaur with a bow
Powers :-
Attack 1 - fire an arrow
Attack 2 - charge at enemy and do a shoulder block
Attack 3 - hoof slam shockwave

Frightslinger would have been a better fusion name.

Oh, NOW I know what that scene in BATTLE BEARS came from.
Fuuuu-sion-ha!

It's short for Sagittarius

Also here is another one :-
Ignitor and Dino-Rang
Name - Fell-Axe
Catchphrase - I've got an axe to grind
Element - Undead
Basic Look - Armoured Lizard with two single bladed axes
Powers :-
Attack 1 - Axe attack with combos
Attack 2 - Throw Axes in an arc(like boomerang shield)
Attack 3 - Slam the ground with axes to create columns of black fire
