One of my Skylanders are not working. Help? [CLOSED]

Well I was playing Giants today when I came across a Air section in a level, I decided I would switch to Sonic Boom. However it seems that when I put SB on the portal, nothing happens. It used to work just fine but now it doesn't. Any advice?

Also, sorry if this question has come up already, I looked but didn't seem any of the same problem.

I have this problem with Eye Brawl. The portal won't recognize hime, nor will his eye light up. You might have to send it to Acti so they can fix it

Pirate ship from Pirate Seas pack wouldn't work for me the other day. Put it on the portal to open up the chapter and nothing, even though it's worked before.

So I turned it upside down and gave the bottom a good sharp rap with my knuckles, put it back on the portal and hey presto it worked. So that might be worth a try, could just be something loose. However if you haven't spent a heap of time upgrading it I would tend to agree about sending it back to be repaired or replaced just in case the problem is ongoing.

I done the exact same thing you did, GASSA, only it was a LC Prism Break and I banged him with the portal.

Hello Chibizac,

Sorry to hear about the troubles with the toy. I hope you don't mind if I ask you a few questions so that we may be able to troubleshoot. What are you playing Giants on? Do you have a wired or wireless portal? Have you tried the toy on other parts of the portal? Is the portal placed next to anything when you are using it? Do you receive any error messaging at all when the toy is placed on the portal? Thanks in advance for answering the questions!
