Exactly by how much does the experience increase while using each wheel of experience? Like what % boost do they give?

I think only a game designer could truly answer that question.... The difference each wheel makes (of ANY type) is so subtle. Someone would have to have two identical characters - or a fresh character that they reset after - to do the EXACT same things and check exactly how much experience they get each time to get a vague idea of how much difference they make, and I'm pretty sure it's random each time you get experience anyway. I did once see a walkthrough video where a guy was doing The Oracle, and while fighting the big spider in the Spider path of the What Are You Afraid Of challenge he got TWO levels just from that one spider, and he remarked that he had all 4 wheels set to Experience (and the Skylander was really low, like Level 3, beforehand).
