Time Twister Issue [CLOSED]

Has anyone had a problem getting their time twister to show up on the portal? Mine works fine in Adventure but when I try to use it in Giants it doesn't exist.
EDIT: Just tested again SSA and it's not recognized.

I opened a ticked with Activision support, can anyone verify that this type of item does not need to be sent in?
The list of required returns says "Portal of power, legendary champions, and location items" but I just want to be sure.

It will most likely need to be sent in. It seems they do that with all skylanders stuff now.

its interesting, because I had a problem like that with my elixir. It would work in game, but it wouldn't work online, when I try to put it in my Universe collection.

But recently, I was able to add it. So it must have been a site bug.

Your issues sounds isolated and will probably need to be sent in. It may seem like a lost cause sending in a small figure like a magical item, but if you express your concern over the phone with Activision's support, they will honor your problem and replace it. Usually.
