The company of PandaPanther, who did the Beginning Trailer, and the CGI animation of the Reveal and E3 2012 trailer of Giants, also did the CGI cinematics of the game.

They revealed some details and work behind their production, including Behind the Scenes movies on how they did the animation of the Skylanders in their respective trailers.

Whoa, Nice. SO that means that Kaos can just flip his helmet back?

In the game, he was simply turned into an Arkeyan robot. I guess the flipping his helmet back thing was just a concept.

Probably this is the concept for the scene where Kaos turns into the Robot, considering how the arrows seem to indicate how the transformation process should go in each part of his body, I kinda remember the helmet closing just like that picture shows during that cutscene

There are also Behind the Scenes movies in the link I posted. I like the one when the staff did the movements for the Skylanders animation in their trailers X3

^ Yeah I watched those, its interesting to see how they tried a lot of takes in the Conquertron's movements for his awakening Cutscene

I really like how the little symbol on kaos'es head was copied onto his robot.

Cool concepts, I love Robo-Kaos' design. Interesting how it shows him without his helmet, because he's meant to be a giant robot. Does that mean that Kaos became a giant(Ha ha) when he entered the Iron Fist of Arkus?

Also, I see potential for a Skylanders comic book series in those storyboards! Who would publish it, you may ask? Archie Comics, of course!

Woah. It looks awesome, so the robot is a very bright/shiny red and then it looks brown. Awesome.

Very impressive. The soul gem videos in giants are way better then in the first game. Look at cynder's soul gem video in SSA and look at it in Giants. A big improvement.

Am I the only one amused by the fact that there are no S1 Skylanders on the shelves?

Amazing concepts. PandaPanther did such an excellent job. Hopefully they'll do the animation in the next game as well.
