Really? - I got him and Thumpback the other day, I'm just not impressed. I upgraded him on the Eye Brawler path, I think I will reset him and try the other path. I find him to be slow and cumbersome. Thumpback on the other hand is freaking awesome - but they all fall to my Gnarly Tree Rex!

Yeah, I'm major OCD - I have them all, every one of them, and most of the easy to find variants. My favorite is Quick Draw Rattle Shake! |

I bought Eye-Brawl today and upgraded him on the path focusing on his eye and I think he is awesome! The eyes that his eye laser creates are really funny and I just imagine that they would go something like 'bother bother bother' while harassing enemies.

For a Giant he's surprisingly nimble, and he's actually a lot of fun to play as. Outside of Ghost Roaster and Fright Rider, he's a seriously awesome Undead Character. To me, he seems to be one of the most well designed characters where they gave his backstory and character appearance a lot of thought.

While I don't have him, the eye for an eye path looks really good. I've never been a fan for combo paths, but I heard the eye brawler path is pretty good as well.

For me, thumpback was the disappointment out of the 2 newest released giants. I played through both paths on Eye Brawl and Thumpback. Started on the Eye Brawler path and was disappointed with the damage output an the combos. They were boring with one combo being a single, heavy shot, and the other being a crowd control. A lot like other skylanders with combos, minus the exceptions, of course. Now the Eye for an Eye path, OH WOW! Overpowered and fun. Lasers as fast as you can spam them an a flailing headless body an bouncy eyeballs everywhere! Eye brawl was a must have for me since I saw him, and he didn't disappoint. Now Thumpback, I don't think he fits my playstyle. Far be it from me to say he sucks. The character sculpt is awesome to add to a collection, and a whale throwing an anchor on a chain? That excited me when I first saw him. Too slow though. The attacks are clunky and his movement feels exceptionally slow, making him extremely vulnerable. I went with his combo path, as the lesser of the two evils, but seriously, one of his upgrades improves ONE of his combos? To me, that's sad, and the upgrade isn't worth it, especially with the time it takes to get the combo off.

No, he really, really sucks. Definitely the worst of the giants. The melee path if awful, and eye for an eye isn't much better. You'd think that having the eye detach and shoot lasers while the body wanders around punching would be great, but it isn't. When the eye detaches, the body, instead of attacking enemies, kind of follows it around in this slow jerky motion that looks like Frankenstein's monster with severe arm and leg cramps. Worse, the body, the part you can't control, is what gets damaged, and the stupid thing will wander right in front of attacks. Couple that with a lack of crowd control, and you have serious problems.
A lot of people seems to be in love with Eye Brawl just for the way he looks, but honestly he's not good at all. Go with Thumpback if you have to choose. I went down his anchor path, and he is devastation on two legs. |

@SSj3 Derek The body does follow where the eye goes when it detaches, albeit very clunky I agree. But the damage per second from the eye, each laser ranging from 9-12 damage as fast as you can mash the button, not to mention the added damage from the spawning mini eyeballs comes out to a pretty hefty dps. I fully believe that Eye brawl on the Eye for an Eye path would dish out way more damage than Thumpback on the anchor path. Like I said though, It's all about playstyle. Thumpback is a beast, I agree! Just not for me lol

eye brawl is my favorite giant. eye ball taking off and going all over the place with lasers that blast and when they hit they make more little eyeballs attack bad guys. also his bio is cool
Eye-Brawl’s bio, “Throughout history, there have been many epic battles, though none more bizarre than the legendary brawl between the headless giant and the infamous flying eyeball. It all started with a staring contest, but with the headless giant having no eyes and the flying eyeball unable to blink, it soon escalated into an all out war as the two rivals fought fiercely throughout the land of the undead for over a hundred years! With neither opponent backing down, the two combatants were eventually struck with the realisation that if they were to combine their formidable powers, they would be a force to be reckoned with. By teaming up, the infamous flying eyeball and the headless giant became known as Eye-Brawl – one of the most powerful Skylanders ever known! awesome. nothing but awesome.

Yes, I agree with exosquad's sentiment. Eye-Brawl has a really awesome and unique backstory.
He's also incredibly fun to play as. He does great in melee AND ranged, and he can only do both even better depending on what path you choose. |

Yeah, nowadays she's gotten a lot of popularity, more so then when she was first revealed. It's only going to grow once we get closer to the figure's release, and then when she actually comes out.. woo wee, things are gonna blow.

Eye brawl is so awsome! I have only had him for one day and he has already become one of my favorites. his punches are good, but what I really like is the eye flying around and zapping people!
