My Wii glow portal will not work with eye brawl or thumpback? Do any of you have the same problem?

I contacted Acti and they helped me out the portal was getting disrupted from something moved it and now it works fine.

They work fine on our 360 portal but tonight my kids noticed Thumpback wasn't lighting up on the bluetooth portal.

Mine have a slight delay in lighting up compared to other giants/lcs. No biggie tho

My thumpback was working fine on the wired portal, then suddenly stopped lighting up
