Well, This is JUST Great... [CLOSED]

I scored myself a new Eye Brawl today, I play with him for five minutes, mess around with other Skylanders, and then he stops working! He won't light up near the portal and it doesn't recognize him. Should I throw him in Activision's face and make them fix it or what?

I feel your pain!!! Mine never worked right outta the box! I'm trying to go through Activision to get a new one.

Definitely! Seems like a lot of people are reporting problems with broken Eye Brawls.

Well then, I'm just gonna wait until the broader release. So far, it's only Eye-Brawl that's been having issues? Maybe that's why they're him away for free lol.

Saw a comment from Gamemaster78 about this same issue on a different topic.

"Activision will replace it for free. Just contact Activision Assist on Facebook, and they will get things started for you."


if that works for ya be sure to thank Gamemaster78 cause all I did was copy and paste his comment.

Go there and sign up for an account
Click on My Support
Add Skylanders Giants as a game to your account
Click on Warranty & Support
At the bottom is a search box. Type in "Eye-Brawl" and you should see it come up as a choice which you can click on.
Click select and enter the model number from the bottom of the figure
Fill in the rest of your information for shipping

Should take them a day or so to ship you out a new one. I heard the usually show up in just a few days. I had to do this yesterday as I finally started adding all the figures into my game and found out that my Crusher is messed up and his eyes don't light up.

Triggernut and ToxicFate, thank you so much for your help. I'm one of the 0.2% of people who don't have or want a Facebook, so I'll have to try the second option. I tried going to that link earlier, and I didn't want to commit to it for just one broken 'lander, but if I have too... *shrug*

Just call activision and go to a skylanders representitave and just day your figure is broken.
They will ask for the modeling number on the bottom, your shippng adress, and it will be there in about ten days.
I did it with my tree rex

I would definitely get ahold of activision. Its weird, seems as though everyone (Or just about everyone) is having issues with Eyebrawl.
I don't have him yet myself, and I've never had to get ahold of Activision about such things, but I know a few who have. They'll replace it for free C:

Happened with smilie for me. Sent me a free replacement in about 4 weeks, and I had no issues with getting it.

Got you. That is really lame. I ended up being able to reset the figure on my game and has worked fine sense. I had a little issue when playing the other day with Thumpback and Prism Break, somehow the game switched my wife and I when we were playing. It made me player two and her player one. Only issue I have had so far with the two new giants.
