Yes I know that this is to keep people from buying them sepretly but still could not help but LOL... .... now even gamestop is scalping (worse than ebay i might add) and yes I alredy had 2 sets of them from the old chip promo (but got it free with my IB and TB.

Ive seen other stores do this For special promo items. Like future shops started giving away steal book cases when you pre ordered a game. If you wanted one without the game they wanted $100. Well now they just sell them for $10 cause they have so many left over. It's just to keep people from buying them without doing the promo purcahse. They wouldnt expect it to actually happen.
