Hello,

We have recently received a number of reports of problems relating to our content updates. Some of the issues reported include:

-“My library has disappeared”
- “The element of the day keeps changing”
- “I am no longer able to multi-plant crops”

We have identified the issue and have since put in a fix. The next time your game updates these fixes will be applied and these issues should go away. If you would like to force the update you can do this now by following these steps:
1. Ensure you are connected to wifi
2. Launch Skylanders Lost Islands
3. Let the game run for about 5 minutes (to ensure you download the new content)
4. Exit the app
5. Force close the app*
6. Launch Skylanders Lost Islands

*To force close an app:
a. double tap the home menu to bring up a list of active processes on the device (will appear as a row of icons on the bottom of your screen)
b. press and hold down on the Skylanders Lost Islands icon
c. click the red delete circle in the upper left
