I am almost certain those are Press review figures. I know the One of Swords guy got those recently so I assume others have as well. They get them a few weeks in advance of release.

That LC Legendary Chill probably is considering it came in one of those Activision direct boxes.

As for Thumpy and Eye Brawl, those two are in actual blisters. Oneofswords mentioned that both of his came loose, so I'd assume they would have come in those white boxes as well, not in an actual blister.
