"My Skylanders" Number in Giants - Question [CLOSED]

Question. Under the My Skylanders section on Giants, most (if not all) of my SSA figures are not showing up as having been used. The orange base figures are illuminated on the scrolling list, but the others aren't. I have used characters like Camo and leveled them past 10 too. Any ideas?

did you reset them? if you played as camo in SSA, and then played as him in giants, he would belong to your SSA save file and the heroic challenge would be there.

Did you take ownership of them? If not, then try doing that and your problem should be solved.

Press Select / - or whatever button your console uses. Go to "Manage". Then go to "Ownership". I'm not sure if your nicknames are reset, but I know nothing else is.

I had this problem in October when Giants came out as well... I had to take ownership of each the S:SA figures in my giants save file. Don't worry, this won't remove them from your save file in S:SA or anything!! smilie It does take a bit of time though if you have a lot of figures... lol Good luck!!
