So I have an avatar I want but I don't know how to make it 100x100.Can someone tell me how to shrink them or shrink it for me?

Use a Paint software to shrink down the picture, save it to your computer, and upload it as your avatar.

Use either a program such as Photoshop, GIMP, or if you're desperate, Paint. And of course there's always this, which I find to be pretty good considering it's a free website.

You can pm me if you are in need of assistance. I have photoshop, and can easily resize your picture in minutes.

I personally think this is the best bet. I always resize and crop my avatars from here. It's easy to cut down on GIF size here too without ruining the GIF (sometimes it isn't even noticeable) by reducing the colors.
