Yeah. When they call me, I'll go over. One of the many perks of pre-ordering. This thing would be nigh impossible to track down if it trickled in at random like many of the other releases, but fortunately I'll have no trouble. Won't even need to wake up early.

I will still give it a try at least I can get some exercise and I am hoping very hard for that over the top miracle that won't be the only thing in that day.

As much as I want to, I'll likely wait out the month or so and see who winds up with Molten Hot Dog after Gamestop's exclusivity is up.

Gamestop stores will keep saying the 9th, but if they look in their computers they will get confused, as the listing has been removed, which indicates to them that either an error in manufacturing happened, it's on its way to stores now, or the street date was simply being removed.

It's going to be a huge mess for a lot of people starting tomorrow and through the week, I bet.

Yea mine said the ninth, Tuesday. Then both employees gave each other a confused look and just said yea. Since the ninth is Wednesday.

Also I thought of waiting for molten but I'll just end up getting him too. Hoping he's not in another battle pack. Either way he will be part of my collection at some point. Just like any skylander that has a unique power/appearance in game.

I just think a lot of people are going to end up being disappointed Wednesday.

the gs i went to had a printed piece of paper that said itd be there the 11th? are they just playing it safe with a later date?
and also is it known if any of the other characters are coming out with it?

Not gonna be disappointed at all. It'll be out at some point. This week seems likely. Nothing else coming out wont really bother me. They will all come out eventually

I still have a listing for the scorpion striker when I go on to the gamestop website, and it says it will release on the 10.

I will stop by Gamestop on Wednesday to see if Scorpion Striker is there. From previous releases of adventure packs, I don't expect Scorpion Striker to be hard to find. Gamestop may screw this up, but when its exclusivity is up, Scorpion Striker will be readily available.

We'll see. I mean, the last pack just had Chop Chop and Shroomboom, the very definition of so-so popularity. Scorpion Striker, however, has Hot Dog, who is perhaps the most anticipated Newlander, and Zap, who is commanding prices of about $30 for a plain S1 single pack on eBay right now simply because he's a dragon. This is a totally different story than the Dragonfire Cannon; I think people will actually rush out to buy this, and I know scalpers are salivating.

Here's what my GameStop said. They are supposed to receive them BY the 11th. It has been removed from the system so that they can sell it whenever they get them in. She checked my preorder specifically. Still there. She will be calling me when they get them in.

Essentially there's no longer a release date and its just whenever they get shipped. She insisted by the 11th. All we can do now is wait.

My mother is gonna be there when they open, to get both the Battle Pack and the new Giants.

Matteo, you might want to call yours and find out what time they typically get their shipments in. Gamestop's stuff comes in via courier. I know that around here, they typically show up around noon. Otherwise, she might burn a few hours unnecessarily.

If they have them they can sell them now. Might wanna recheck your gs. That's the whole reason behind it disappearing from the system. To allow stores to sell it as soon as they get it.

The only zipcode that has LOW STOCK at Gamestop, is 10036, which brings up some Gamestop in NJ. I had a bit of fun and called them, and they said they don't have them in and still haven't received them.

I doubt any store has them ready to sell.

Anybody NOT reserve this at store or online and just winging it? I totally forgot so hoping to get one.. If not I'll have to wait a while, my loss for taking so long.

I'm just saying that it will be readily available, so people shouldn't have to worry about buying from scalpers. They could potentially sell out, but past history has shown that adventure packs haven't been hard to find. It may take some time, but if a person wants to buy retail, it's all about having patience. I would be more worried if Hot Dog came in a single pack.

One of the three or four Gamestops I called today said that all of the initial wave of Scorpion Striker packs was spoken for via pre-orders, but that they expected to receive more within a few days. If I were you Dxtra30, I'd try to be on top of it when they become available. Otherwise, there might be a wait involved.

I called mine they said 9-11. I am going tomomoreow.

I can't make it tomorrow (Wednesday) I'll just go on Friday and hope for the best.

I'm going tomorrow after school because I preordered mine. Hopefully it's there. If I find it I will post pics.
