I was looking at the back of some boxes, and I noticed something isn't right about some figures: Here are images..

Spyro and Wrecking Ball:


Flameslinger, the most obvious and most different:



Weird, huh?
I'll upload more soon; the only others are Stealth Elf, Hex, Zap, and a few others.

Could someone take better pics? I'm using my built-in webcam, which has very low quality.

I don't have a magic skylander to look at, but I took a good look at the Flameslinger from mine. (the Amazon one haha)

I think it's just Flameslinger turned to the side, and perhaps they took it at an earlier prototype phase where he was angled firing the arrows straight (rather than up into the air).

The pic is too tiny to see what that yellow thing is behind him. Kind of looks like a shield but that doesn't make much sense.

At my Gamestop, they had a stand that showed ONLY the prototypes, every last released orange based character's prototype. Sorry no pictures.

It looks like fire. It could have been like Gilly, with him being attached to the base.

INteresting. Flameslinger definitely isn't right.

Can't, don't have a phone nor a camera. No lies. But they have 2 stands up, the wall, and another stand, which on the side, has a cardboard thing that show all of the prototypes. Maybe someone else's Gamestop has it as well.
