I've noticed that in-game, magic items from SSA show up as "series 1" in SG. does that mean they will possibly make series 2 magic items? and since the battlegrounds treasure chest has an orange base, does it show up as series 2 in-game? has anyone tried that?

The Platinum Chest is basically a repaint of the Hidden Treasure; It's exactly the same, it even says "Series 1".

Makes me wonder. i think it would be cool if they had series 2 magic items that were on figures to display how they work. like a series 2 potion could be held by pop fizz (it would only unlock the item, not poppy). and items that wipe out enemies (area packs, i.e. darklight crypt) could be on giants or something. like a shoulder-mounted cannon on hot-head for the dragonfire cannon.
